Ayda Rashidian is a U.S. Immigration Lawyer and the founder of AYRA Immigration Law. She represents a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to multinational corporations, across industries such as entertainment, technology, healthcare, and finance. Ayda provides strategic counsel on all aspects of U.S. immigration law, specializing in both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions, as well as E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, I, L-1, O-1, P, and TN visas.
With extensive experience in family-based immigration, Ayda helps individuals and families navigate complex legal processes, including adoption, adjustment of status, consulate processing, removal of conditional residency, naturalization, and waivers of inadmissibility.
She is well-versed in handling intricate cases involving Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), Appeals, Motions to Reopen, and Petitions for Review.
Ayda earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York and is fluent in English and Farsi.
